Sensical Inc. is a leading custom manufacturer, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our valued clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented customer service assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Solon, Ohio.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the estimation process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized databases and records related to estimates, ensuring data accuracy and easy access for the estimation team.
  • Communication Liaison: Work closely with various internal teams, such as sales, project management, and finance, to gather vital project details required for the estimation process.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of the estimation progress and following up to address any further inquiries or concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the estimation team, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
  • Estimation Support: Collaborate with our estimation team to assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive project estimates. Collect and organize data, conduct research, and compile essential information necessary for estimation purposes
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to problem solve, think clearly and logically.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including an above average understanding of Excel, Pivot tables
  • Good mathematical ability, including good understanding of measurements.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving situations and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
